50.25 Acres in Lexington Sells

Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the recent sale transaction of 50.25 acres off Pilgrim Church Road in Lexington, SC. Wayne Smith of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the sellers and buyer, DR Horton-Crown, LLC, in the sale of the site. The land will be developed into a subdivision named ‘Village Green’ consisting of approximately 150 homes. The new development will take the place of the par 3 course, The Caddy Shack, as well as the land behind. The driving range at the Caddy Shack, however, will remain open. The sale price is undisclosed.
