5th floor renovation project at 1333 Main Street completed

Boston based, Albany Road Real Estate Partners, finishes first of three planned renovation projects at 1333 Main Street, a 203,307 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building in Columbia’s thriving central business district. The project included common area upgrades on the 5th floor, where the building’s largest vacancy, a 6,244 sq. ft. suite overlooking Main Street is located.
Future projects in 2017 will include ground floor improvements at 1333 Main and garage renovations at the Vista Center, a 22,035 sq. ft. retail space and parking garage across Assembly Street also owned by Albany Road.
