864 Realty, LLC announces that experienced realtor, Adele Alducin has joined the 864 team.
Alducin brings a great deal of knowledge of the industry, having grown up in residential construction and real estate. In addition, for 30 years her career was in commercial and industrial construction. She also has enormous insight regarding historic preservation and opportunity zone investments from her experience working in the Main Street SC program. Alducin became a member of the Million Dollar Club in her first year in real estate and is a recent graduate of SC Realtors Leadership Academy. She brings considerable expertise to all areas of real estate, and as a REALTOR®️, she brings this knowledge to all of her real estate transactions.
Alducin has a vast knowledge of not only Greenville and Laurens Counties, but also Lake Greenwood and the surrounding area. Having spent her summers on Lake Greenwood since she was 3 years old, Alducin now calls Lake Greenwood home.
