City Center Partnership announces Southeastern Esthetics Institute is opening a new 27,000 SF campus in the Main Street District
June 26, 2020City Center Partnership (CCP) announced Southeastern Esthetics Institute is opening a new 27,000 square foot school at 1644 Main Street in 2021. Southeastern Esthetics Institute is partnering with Sherer Architects to revitalize the historic Tapp’s Building and bring life back to the art deco design of its origin as Tapp’s Department Store. The company plans to bring back the iconic Fountain Room, which will be updated with a coffee shop and eatery for students and visitors.
