Blue Hose Pass First PFL Test

Presbyterian College, which no longer awards football scholarships, becomes fully operational next fall in the Pioneer Football League, an assemblage of Division I schools that have similarly ended scholarships in the sport.
The Blue Hose played their first PFL game on Saturday, and the 31-16 victory over Morehead (Ky.) State was a rousing success.
The remainder of the schedule is against PFL opposition, beginning with Saturday’s visit to Davidson.
