PC’s Smyth Wins National Honor for Defensive Play

Jeffrey Smith, Presbyterian College defensive back, was named national player of the week for football in the NCAA’s Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).

In a 26-3 victory over Stetson, Smyth returned 2 interceptions for touchdowns and made 7 tackle.
