Performs the duties of a shuttle bus driver or motor coach driver for the University of South Carolina Upstate. Drives students, faculty and staff in a safe and effective manner to the downtown business school, special events and athletics events. Provides courteous and friendly service to customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Shuttle Bus Driver:
Must have a high school diploma; at least 21 years of age; have valid South Carolina driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; possess a Class B (P) endorsement with D.O.T. card. A successful background check is required.

Prefer 2 years’ experience as a certified Class B (P) driver and D.O.T. card.

Motor Coach Driver:
Must have a high school diploma; at least 21 years of age; have valid South Carolina driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; possess a Class B (P) endorsement with D.O.T. card, with at least 2 years’ experience as a certified Class B (P) driver and D.O.T. card required. A successful background check is required.

Salary:
Shuttle Bus Driver-$24.00 per hour
Motor Coach Driver-$34.00 per hour
