Cothran Homes’ Anthony Kent is guest speaker at the 2023 International Builders’ Show

Anthony Kent, president and broker-in-charge of Greenville-based Cothran Homes, will be a guest speaker at the International Builders’ Show® (IBS) hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) January 31 – February 2, 2023 in Las Vegas. Kent will present to IBS attendees at an educational session on Feb 1st about the benefits of a self-guided touring technology that Cothran Homes launched in late 2020 after the start of the national health pandemic.
Cothran Homes is one of the only Upstate homebuilders that offers instant access “Self-Tour” technology in their new residential communities, which allows homebuyers the opportunity to schedule and tour a Cothran home from their smartphone seven days a week with or without a real estate agent.
“When COVID-19 impacted our country in early 2020, Cothran Homes quickly adopted new technology to help homebuyers visit and tour new homes on their preferred schedule and in private to discovery the entire home,” said Anthony Kent, president and broker-in-charge of Cothran Homes. “We have been amazed by the quick adoption of self-touring technology of our homes, which has shortened the buying cycle, helped our sales team be more efficient with their time and left such a positive impression with homebuyers who appreciate the convivence and ease of shopping for their next home.”
