Call for entries: 4th Annual Georgetown Art & Wine Walk announces 2026 dates and juried show
May 7, 2026The historic waterfront of Georgetown will transform into a hub of creativity and viticulture this fall for the 4th annual Georgetown Art & Wine Walk, scheduled for Sept. 12–13, 2026.
Organizers have officially opened the call for entries for the event’s centerpiece juried fine art exhibition. Professional and emerging artists across the Carolinas and beyond are invited to submit works in both 2D and 3D categories for a chance to win a portion of more than $5,000 in planned cash awards.

Awards: Juried prizes range from $300 to $1,200, with a People’s Choice Award to be voted on by attendees.
Hosted by the Georgetown Business Association, the weekend-long festival takes place at the confluence of five rivers on scenic Winyah Bay. Last year’s event drew more than 5,000 visitors, and the 2026 iteration looks to expand its footprint with interactive art installations, living art performances, and a sidewalk chalk art contest.
“This is a vibrant weekend for art and wine lovers,” organizers said in the announcement. “We are looking for work that demonstrates strong design, craftsmanship, and artistic quality.”

Artists working in painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, and digital art may apply via the official entry portal. According to the event’s copyright policy, artists will retain all rights to their work, though the Georgetown Art & Wine Walk reserves the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes.
