Charleston County School District launches Principal-In-Residence Program

Charleston County School District (CCSD) announced the launch of its new Principal-In-Residence Program, a strategic leadership development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of school leaders while ensuring continuity, stability, and excellence across the district’s schools.

CCSD also announced the selection of Tiffany Brown and Tiffany S. Harris as members of the district’s inaugural Principal-in-Residence Program, a strategic leadership development initiative designed to strengthen succession planning and prepare the next generation of exceptional school leaders.

Brown will serve as Principal-in-Residence at Burke High School, where she will work alongside Principal Jacob Perlmutter. Harris will serve as Principal-in-Residence at Baptist Hill High School, where she will work alongside Principal Brion Rutherford.
