2026 football schedules set for Laurens County’s four high school teams

Friday night football returns to Laurens County this month as all four of the county’s high school programs open the 2026 season.

Laurens District 55, Thornwell Charter School and Laurens Academy all start play Aug. 21. Clinton opens a week later at home against county rival Laurens on Aug. 28. Unless noted, kickoff for every game listed below is set for 7:30 p.m.

Laurens District 55 High School

The Raiders compete in Region 1-4A, with region opponents marked below.
