VIA Health Partners hiring registered nurses at Clinton hospice house

VIA Health Partners is recruiting registered nurses for its hospice house in Clinton, adding staff at the inpatient facility as the nonprofit continues to grow across the Upstate.
The organization is filling full-time positions on both day and night shifts. Nurses hired for the roles will work three 12-hour shifts per week at the Clinton location.

What the job involves
Registered nurses at the hospice house care for patients living with life-limiting illnesses while supporting their families. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, nurses assess patient needs, build and carry out care plans, coordinate services and deliver care in the inpatient setting.
Qualifications
Applicants need an associate degree or diploma in nursing, though a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. A current, active and unrestricted compact multistate registered nurse license is required, along with current CPR certification. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification is preferred but not required.
Inpatient unit positions call for at least one year of related nursing experience, including direct care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. Backgrounds in hospice and palliative care, home health, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology or medical-surgical nursing all apply. Strong computer skills are also required.
