Upstate Pregnancy Center to host diaper drive-thru in Laurens Oct. 13
October 7, 2026Parents and guardians in Laurens County who need help keeping up with diapers and wipes can pick up free supplies Tuesday, Oct. 13, when the Upstate Pregnancy Center brings its Diaper Drive-Thru back to Laurens.
Supplies will be distributed from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Wattsville Drug parking lot, 24 Sirrine St. Families stay in their vehicles while volunteers bring supplies to them, making the stop quick and convenient.
The drive-thru is part of the center’s ongoing work to help Laurens County families with practical, everyday needs. In addition to diapers and wipes, staff members can share information about other free services available through the center. Formula may also be available, depending on what is in stock that day.
First-time participants should bring a photo ID and proof of guardianship, such as a child’s birth certificate, a Medicaid or WIC card, or foster care paperwork. Families who have attended a previous drive-thru typically do not need to bring documentation again.
Supplies are provided per child, with a limit of two children per household. Distribution will continue while supplies last.
The event is free and open to any Laurens County family in need. Residents are encouraged to share the information with neighbors, coworkers, friends and church families who could benefit.
