A.C. Flora girls soccer team wins second consecutive state championship

A.C. Flora High School’s girls soccer team won the 2026 Class AAAA state championship May 22, defeating Bishop England High School 1-1 (5-3 in penalty kicks) at Memorial Stadium.
This is the team’s second consecutive state championship and their second in program history.
“Being able to win back-to-back times is great. The championships have been an amazing cherry on top for the three years that I’ve been the head coach. I’m very thankful for the opportunity that I have to coach this program,“ said Head Coach Eric Navarro.
The Falcons ended their season with 24 wins and six losses.
