February 1, 2024

Fourth Congressional District Republican candidate and State Representative Adam Morgan announced today that Randy Page of Greenville will serve as campaign manager for his congressional bid.

“Randy is an experienced, proven conservative with a strong commitment to the district who understands the importance of grassroots campaigns,” Morgan said. “I’m pleased to have him at the helm of my campaign.”

Prior to being named as campaign manager, Page served as state director for the Never Back Down PAC. He also served as public relations director and chief of staff at Bob Jones University from January 2013 until May 2023.

“I am looking forward to helping elect Adam Morgan as the Fourth District’s newest congressman,” Page said. “Adam is a lifelong conservative fighter who has the character, commitment and values to represent the people of South Carolina’s Fourth Congressional District well.”

Page served as director of public events for Governor David Beasley, legislative director for Lt. Governor Bob Peeler and chief of staff for Lt. Governor Andre Bauer before becoming president of South Carolinians for Responsible Government, one of the state’s largest grassroots organizations advocating for school choice.

He currently serves as a member and secretary of the South Carolina Public Charter School District Board of Trustees and as a board member of Faith Wins, South Carolina Citizens for Life, Palmetto Family Council, and the Teach from DeHart Foundation. He previously served on the Greenville County Library System’s Board of Trustees.

A lifelong Republican, Page served as the South Carolina Republican Party’s Second and Fourth Congressional District Chairman, as State Executive Committeeman for Greenville County, and on its faith outreach committee and co-chaired the platform committee. He served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2012, 2016, and 2020 and as a member of the platform (2012) and credentials (2016) committees.

Page and his wife, Melissa, reside in Greenville and are active members of Faith Baptist Church of Taylors.
