Agape Care Group acquires GHC Hospice

Strengthens Its Presence in Georgia and South Carolina Adding 285 Patients and 135 Care Providers
SPARTANBURG, SC – Agape Care Group (Agape Care), a portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners and a leading hospice and palliative care provider in the Southeast, announced it has acquired GHC Hospice (GHC). Founded in 2014, GHC is a hospice care provider serving 25 counties in Georgia and South Carolina with a reputation for superior clinical excellence.
Together with GHC, Agape Care Group expands its end-of-life care team to 1,450 employees caring for 3,600 patients across a growing footprint in the Southeast. Agape Care Group and its affiliates now serve over 85% of the counties in the state of GA along with operations across SC and part of NC.
