CHARLESTON, SC – Angela Hanyak is bringing her expertise selling luxury goods to her new role as an agent with William Means Real Estate.

After graduating from the College of Charleston, Hanyak joined renowned French jeweler Cartier in its New York City office, where she worked in fine timepieces. Hanyak returned to Charleston in 2013 to pursue her MBA at the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business, working with Louis Vuitton while completing her international business concentration.

“Angela’s education as well as professional experience make her an asset to the clients she assists. Holding herself to the highest standards, she strives to please every client with whom she works,” said Helen Geer, president of William Means.

Hanyak is a member of the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist, the Charleston Library Society and the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association. She serves as an adviser to the Zeta Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega fraternity and on the board of trustees for the Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School in Columbia.

“I’ve been very fortunate in my career to travel throughout the country and spend time living in major metropolitan areas like Los Angeles and New York City.  hat exposure to so many regional personalities and customs gave me a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual I meet,” Hanyak said. “I relish engrossing conversations, and love to discover new and unique ways to surprise and delight my clients.”
