Agent wins real estate award for sales and service, nationwide

March 5, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – Brad Aull, a residential real estate agent with ColumbiaLand Realty, received the coveted “Best of Trulia Award” based on client reviews and overall sales in Columbia, Lexington, and surrounding areas for 2014. The award, ranking him in the “top one-percent” of all agents on Trulia, nationwide, (and earning him a spot on the “Best of Trulia” list) was presented in Jan. 2015.

“This a tremendous honor for me personally,” says Aull. “I derive great satisfaction helping my clients find and purchase the home of their dreams. Success in sales is all about building relationships. That may sound trite, but I am very sincere. My clients are more than simply clients to me; they are friends.”

A USC grad and member of the National Association of Realtors and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Aull’s sales gifts may be said to be a reflection of his 20-plus years in public relations and marketing. But his strength rests in his people skills (“relationship-building.” he says) which in turn is reflected in his time spent giving back to the community. When he’s not assisting homebuyers and sellers, he’s tutoring underprivileged students and working with, serving, and helping enable the homeless through AmeriCorps.

What motivates him? Aull says, “The real estate business is rewarding in terms of it being a personal challenge, and I have always been motivated by taking-on whatever is in front of me.”

Trulia – a subsidiary of the Zillow Group – is a web-based resource for home buyers, sellers and renters providing innovative mobile and web products (offering mobile apps for iPhone and Android), as well as house, neighborhood and real estate process information while connecting consumers with the right agent.
