Agent with waterfront sales experience joins William Means Real Estate

April 27, 2023

William Means Real Estate announced that its firm is growing with the addition of REALTOR®, Jenny Bernard. Bernard previously worked in sales for Kiawah River, a high-end waterfront community on Johns Island. She assisted in Kiawah River’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program as well as event planning and resident programming.

“I am so pleased to have Jenny join William Means,” said President and Broker-in-Charge Lyles Geer. “Her warm personality and dedication to her clients is extremely evident, making her a tremendous fit for our company.”

Before making Charleston her home, she earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina and lived in Massachusetts for 15 years where she was formerly a teacher. Bernard was drawn to the Lowcountry because of its rich history, architecture, and culture. She most recently worked as an agent at Carolina One Real Estate and provides her clients with a strong knowledge of the local market, exceptional customer service and next-level marketing.

In a market where efficiency and speed can significantly impact the buying and selling process, cash home buyers represent a crucial segment of the real estate landscape. These buyers provide immediate offers and streamlined transactions, catering to homeowners who require quick solutions for their properties. As Bernard integrates into the William Means team, her knowledge will not only enhance traditional real estate services but also align with the needs of clients seeking the benefits that home buyers offer, ensuring a comprehensive approach to real estate in Charleston.

“I truly care about the needs of others and it’s my goal every day to be the best agent for my clients,” says Bernard. Bernard can be contacted at (843) 955-4055 and [email protected].
