Alia Bostaji Joins Colliers International’s National Hospitality Group working with the Zaver Hotels Team

Alia Bostaji, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina, has joined Colliers’ National Hospitality Group working with the Zaver Hotels team. This group of commercial real estate brokers specializes in hotel property transactions and has experience in franchise negotiations, financing, rebranding and marketing for hotel, startup and turn-around investment properties across the United States.
The Zaver Hotels team is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Their clients include large private and public REITs, management companies, lenders and services and owners/operators of hotel properties.
“I am pleased to join the Colliers National Hospitality Group and the Zaver Hotels team and be able to expand the team’s network into South Carolina,” said Bostaji. “Blending the team’s resources with my client base will be mutually beneficial, and I look forward to growing our business together.”
