All Clear Plumbing celebrates five years and 10,000 completed jobs

March 8, 2017

All Clear Plumbing will celebrate five years in business and 10,000 completed jobs by thanking the community that has supported the company since the beginning.

The anniversary celebration will be held at the Ice Cream Station in downtown Simpsonville on Wednesday, March 8, from 3-5 p.m. The first 100 guests to attend will receive free ice cream from the Ice Cream Station.

The Upstate company has grown rapidly since 2012, with much of that growth occurring over the past year. All Clear currently employs two master plumbers and five journeyman-level plumbers, who total 100 years of combined experience. The company also added three additional trucks in the past year, expanding their fleet to seven trucks and increasing their service capacity by nearly 40 percent.

In addition, All Clear maintains a focus on training the next generation of tradesmen through their comprehensive, union-quality apprenticeship program. All Clear currently has four apprentices going through the four-year program, in which they receive on the job training through a full-time position, while simultaneously taking online courses. Upon completion of the program, apprentices are prepared to take the Journeyman’s Test, which provides them with their plumber’s license. The program is certified by the Department of Labor.

“While we focus on providing skilled plumbers who do quality work at a fair price, we really have the Upstate’s support to thank for our success,” said Anja Smith, managing partner. “We are grateful to be a part of this community, and look forward to serving it for the next five years and beyond.”
