November 16, 2020

The Charleston Christmas Special has sold out the limited number of tickets for its live show at the Charleston Music Hall next month. But that doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy this holiday musical spectacular.

Long-time show producers and performers Brad and Jennifer Moranz are offering a streaming option, giving fans the chance to watch this year’s show from the comfort and safety of their own homes. This year marks the 25th anniversary of what has become a holiday tradition for many Lowcountry families.

Those wishing to stream the 2020 Charleston Christmas Special can purchase the streaming option for $25 (plus fees). The show will be available to view from 7 p.m. Dec. 19 until Dec. 27. Those purchasing the streaming option will receive a unique link to view the show online; the link will be good for a one-time viewing. Purchase the streaming option via www.bradandjennifermoranz.com.

“Jenny and I are very grateful we’re able to do the show at all – even in this limited capacity,” said Brad Moranz. “By offering a streaming option, families can keep their holiday tradition of enjoying the Charleston Christmas Special while staying safe.”

The Charleston Christmas Special features some of the country’s most talented singers, dancers and musicians. Soulful singer Tiffany Parker returns to the show along with country crooner and ventriloquist Michael Minor. Jazz vocalist Amy Banks will perform a toe-tapping version of “Boogie Woogie Santa Claus.”

Matthew Billman returns to the show this year with his rendition of David Phelps’ “Birthday of the King.” And Rodney Archie will shake things up with a gospel version of “Joyful Joyful,” accompanied by Amy Banks.

Returning to the Charleston Christmas Special are young singers Kindred Moore, performing Garth Brooks’ “The Old Man’s Back in Town,” and Jenna Flaherty, who will sing “Ava Maria” and “O Holy Night.”

Violinist James Anderson will open the show with a musical performance of “I Saw Three Ships.”

Audiences will be delighted to see 9-year-old Addie Collins back on stage. She has been a show stealer the last two years. Addie will join Brad and Jennifer Moranz for their trademark comedy sketches throughout the show.
