Allen Wilkerson and Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers International assist Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce in locating new office

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson and Mary Winter Teaster represented the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce in locating office space at 1225 Lady Street in the heart of Downtown Columbia’s central business district. The new office location will allow the Chamber to create efficiencies within its space while modernizing operations and technology.
“The Chamber’s move to the heart of the central business district aligns with its broader strategy and allows it to be closer to where many of its key constituents, members and partners are located,” said Allen Wilkerson, Senior Brokerage Associate. “This location will give the Chamber tremendous visibility and will allow for additional brand awareness.”

Wilkerson and Teaster are members of the Colliers office brokerage team. Wilkerson is a Senior Brokerage Associate specializing in corporate and landlord consulting services as well as representation of clients in the leasing, sale and acquisition of office properties. Teaster is a Senior Brokerage Associate who specializes in serving and advising local small business property owners, buyers, tenants and landlords.
