Aloft Greenville Downtown adds three to sales team

Stidfole, Bray and Richards complete sales team for new downtown hotel

 

GREENVILLE, SC- McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc., a leading hotel management group with more than 80 properties, is proud to announce that it has added three members to its sales team at the Aloft Greenville Downtown slated to open this fall. The new team members include Ashley Stidfole, sales manager; Claire Bray, sales and catering manager; and Alison Richards, sales and service coordinator. They join general manager Jonathan Brashier and director of sales Michael Bonasia to complete the Aloft Greenville Downtown sales team.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Stidfole served as director of sales and hospitality for Cherokee Valley Golf Club prior to joining Aloft Greenville Downtown. She brings experience in sales, marketing and event planning across multiple industries to the team. Bray, a Greenville native and graduate of Furman University, most recently served as an inside sales representative for SYNNEX Corporation. Prior to her work at SYNNEX, she served as an event coordinator at Furman, where she coordinated sales and managed events for several campus venues. Richards brings a range of hospitality industry experience to the team through her work with The Westin Poinsett Hotel and Charleston Bay Gourmet. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in hospitality, tourism and event management.

Located at Greenville’s ONE City Plaza, Aloft Greenville Downtown, a Starwood Hotel and Resort lifestyle hotel, will sit atop a new 474-space public parking garage and feature 144 spacious, loft-like rooms, leading-edge technology and a lively, social atmosphere. The hotel will be McKibbon’s third Aloft hotel, joining Aloft Asheville Downtown and Aloft Tallahassee Downtown. The hotel will feature an outdoor level on the sixth floor with cabana rooms, a fire pit, dog walk and sun-filled outdoor pool elevated for views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, all facing Washington Street. Aloft brand’s signature W XYZ® bar will sit on the fourth floor and open up to The Ledge overlooking the plaza. Local artwork from Greenville artists will decorate the hotel’s public spaces and local, emerging musicians will play at the hotel’s live music series, Live@Aloft.
