American College of the Building Arts expands campus on peninsula

NAI Charleston announced that The American College of the Building Arts has purchased a ±6,000 SF building located at 1084 King Street on ±0.32 AC for the expansion of the Blacksmithing Department.

Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Charleston represented the seller, 1804 King Street CHS, LLC. Drayton Calmes of Norvell Real Estate Group represented The American College of the Building Arts.
