American Legion Post 25 2nd Annual Golf Tournament – Registration Open

You don’t have to look far in Laurens County to see the work of the members of American Legion Post 25. They are always out in the community looking for meaningful ways to be of support to those need.

Their volunteer work often includes building ramps, decks, cleaning up cemeteries and their big Christmas toy drive. All of these activities cost money.

Last year Post 25 hosted a golf tournament fundraiser to support the work they do in the community. The golf tournament raised $6,000 to support their work.

It was so successful, they are going to do it again. The second annual golf tournament is scheduled for June 2, 2003 at Lakeside Country Club in Laurens, SC. Golfers get your group together and sign up for a team ($300) and businesses can show their support by sponsoring a hole ($100).
