American Legion Post 25 to Host Golf Tournament Fundraiser

If they’re not out fixing things or cleaning up in the community, they are raising money so they can do more volunteer work.

American Legion Post 25 will hold a golf tournament at Lakeside Country Club in Laurens on Friday, August 5, 2022.

The cost for a team is $300. There will be cash prizes for 1^st and 2^nd place, longest drive and closest to the pin. There is also the chance to win a 2022 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab with a hole-in-one.

If you don’t golf, you can still support the event as a hole sponsor for $100. As a hole sponsor your company or organization will have a 2 ft. by 4 ft. sign at one of 18 holes. The signs will be commercially printed and can include your name, logo or message.

All proceeds from the tournament will be used to support their charity focus of veterans and children.
