The property was sold by Redus SC Land, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, to Rolina Homes, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, for $385,000.00.

This 3.68 acre infill project was designed and approved as a 39 lot single family attached neighborhood and has been partially developed to include a completed private road providing access to 13 townhome lots – upon which 3 buildings (10 units) have been constructed. Two of the buildings are 100% completed and contain 3 units per building, while the remaining structure is approximately 40% complete and is designed as a 4 unit building.
