Anderson Brothers Bank welcomes Melissa Myotte-Carter as Director of Human Resources

Anderson Brothers Bank is proud to welcome Melissa Myotte-Carter as the Bank’s new Director of Human Resources.
As Director of Human Resources, Myotte-Carter will lead the Bank’s human resources initiatives by overseeing employee benefits and compensation, talent acquisition and
recruitment, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. She will partner with leadership to strengthen the Bank’s workforce, support strategic business objectives, and cultivate a workplace culture that values collaboration, professional development, and employee engagement.
Myotte-Carter attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She later continued her education at Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA).
She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a commissioned Notary Public. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated
strong leadership in human resources, successfully advancing organizational development initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, strengthening policy and compliance programs, overseeing benefits administration, and leading talent acquisition efforts that support organizational growth and workforce excellence.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Ronald Carter, and their two children.
