Andrew Fajardo joins Chappell Smith & Arden

COLUMBIA, SC – Chappell Smith & Arden PA is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew Fajardo has joined the firm.

Fajardo is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney who has argued cases and handled appellate work before the state Workers’ Compensation Commission and the appellate courts. He has focused his legal career almost exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation.

Fajardo earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from USC in 2006 and previously attended the South Carolina Governor’s School of the Arts in Greenville, SC. A member of the American, South Carolina and Richland Bar Associations, Fajardo is admitted to practice in South Carolina courts.
