Angi Fuller Wildt chosen for leadership position at the CMA

COLUMBIA, SC – Angi Fuller Wildt has been selected as the Columbia Museum of Art’s new chief development officer. She joined the team on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.

“We are delighted that Angi is joining us as the chief development officer,” says Lynn Robertson, CMA interim director. “In addition to her successes as a senior development professional, she has a strong background in museums and education. I worked with her at USC and can testify to her commitment to advancing the cultural institutions in our community.”

Fuller Wildt brings to the CMA a passion for the arts as well as expertise and experience in fundraising. She holds a bachelor’s degree in art history from Kent State University, a graduate certificate in arts administration from Winthrop University, and a master’s degree in public history from the University of South Carolina. As former director of development research and outgoing director of development, corporate and foundation relations at USC, she has an extensive track record of financial and managerial success. Fuller Wildt currently serves on the City of Columbia’s Design/Development Review Commission as the architectural historian representative.

In her new position, Fuller Wildt oversees the CMA development department, managing all fundraising efforts in order to both sustain and increase individual and institutional support for the museum.
