Annual $2,500 Bill Hall Culinary Entrepreneurship Scholarship Announced by YEScarolina

CHARLESTON, SC – The Hall’s Chophouse name is synonymous with generosity. Bill Hall and family have a big heart and over the years have handsomely contributed their time and money to cultivate youth entrepreneurship in South Carolina. To honor the YEScarolina Board Member & proprietor of Hall’s Chophouse, the YEScarolina Board of Directors have established a $2,500 scholarship in Bill Hall’s name. The Bill Hall Culinary Entrepreneurship Scholarship is to be awarded annually to a student interested in the hospitality and tourism/culinary profession plus has taken entrepreneurship from a YEScarolina trained teacher.
The scholarship is to help a student attend The Culinary Institute of Charleston Trident Technical College. Extra weight will be given to applicants that have or/are currently enrolled in a culinary class. Applications are being accepted now for the 2015-2016 school year.
