Annual Lake Greenwood Cleanup Set for March 8
February 16, 2025Keep Laurens County Beautiful (KLCB) and Keep Greenwood County Beautiful (KGCB) are teaming up once again for the Annual Lake Greenwood Cleanup, scheduled for Saturday, March 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This annual event unites volunteers from both counties to help remove litter and debris along the lake’s shoreline and surrounding areas.
By working together, the two organizations aim to enhance the beauty of Lake Greenwood while encouraging local residents and business owners to take an active role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
How to Get Involved
Volunteers can pre-register online by filling out the signup form, available on the Keep Laurens County Beautiful Facebook page or by visiting clicking HERE.
Walk-up registration will also be available on the morning of the event at several designated locations around the lake, including:

The Lake Greenwood Cleanup is an opportunity for residents, civic groups, businesses, and outdoor enthusiasts to make a tangible impact on the local environment. Volunteers of all ages are encouraged to participate, and supplies such as trash bags and gloves will be provided at each check-in location.
