Antonia Krenza selected new Executive Chef for Old Village Post House Inn

CHARLESTON, SC – Hall Management Group recently named Antonia M. Krenza Executive Chef at Old Village Post House Inn in Mount Pleasant. Her New York roots and Italian heritage genetically stamped Chef Krenza with a sense of food as culture. She studied at the respected Culinard, in Birmingham, Alabama.

After graduation she began her career as a professional chef with mentors that included Chef and entrepreneur Patrick Hankins of Birmingham, and Jeff Jackson, now Executive Chef at the 5 Diamond Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego. Here in the Lowcountry Krenza she found a wellspring of inspiration and opportunity the last few years collaborating with Guerilla Cuisine, Butcher & Bee, Kanpai, Sette, and Vespa.

After joining the Hall Management Group, Antonia led the culinary team at Rita’s Seaside Grille and worked downtown with Executive Chef Adam Jakins at Halls Chophouse before coming to The Old Village Post House Inn.
