Timmerman Capital, a Columbus-based investment firm, announced the completion of its acquisition of Franklin Heating Cooling & Refrigeration, Inc., a leading HVAC repair and installation service company located in Central Ohio. Apogee Equity Partners, based in Columbia, SC, served as advisor to Franklin Heating Cooling & Refrigeration.
