Your little munchkins can make this healthy after school snack all by themselves. Simply core and slice the apples and then hand over the cream cheese and cranberries! YUM!
1 Red Delicious Apple
2 Tbsp. Whipped Cream Cheese
6-8 Dried Cranberries/slice
Directions:
Wash, core, and cut apple into 1/4 rings.
Spread each ring with cream cheese and top with dried cranberries. (May also substitute fresh berries for the cranberries).
Other variations include peanut butter with chopped banana and nuts, sunbutter and honey, cream cheese and raspberry preserves, and peanut butter with raisins and coconut.
