Innovative printing company builds on 45 years of success with strategic move to revitalized textile mill

ARC Document Solutions, a leader in digital printing and document management services, announced the relocation of its Greenville office to The Annex building in the Judson Mill District. The move to the 9,500-square-foot space will allow ARC Document Solutions to enhance its operations and customer experience through upgraded equipment and an open-concept workspace.

“This move to the Judson Mill District not only represents a new chapter for ARC Document Solutions after 45 years of business here in Greenville, but also reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional services to our clients,” said Mark Axford, senior regional vice president at ARC Document Solutions. “The Judson Mill District embodies the spirit of collaboration and creativity. We look forward to contributing to its dynamic atmosphere and continuing to deliver high-quality printing and document management services while fostering strong partnerships in our new home.”

Set to open this October, the new open-concept space will provide customers with an up-close view of ARC’s operations, showcasing the company’s evolution from its origins as a blueprint provider to a digital graphics leader offering rigid signage, posters, and banners.

Ken Reiter, co-developer of the Judson Mill District and president of Belmont Sayre, expressed his enthusiasm about ARC’s arrival:

“We are thrilled to welcome ARC Document Solutions to the Judson Mill District,” said Reiter. “Their decision to move here highlights the appeal of our mixed-use community for innovative businesses. We believe that ARC’s presence will significantly enrich the vibrant ecosystem we’re building, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and success.”

About Judson Mill District

Judson Mill District is a sustainable and vibrant mixed-use community offering soulful city living in Greenville, SC. Once the largest textile mill in Greenville County and an integral part of Greenville’s Mill Crescent wrapping the city’s west side, Judson Mill District is now home to office, restaurant, brewery, retail, entertainment, and residential spaces. In 2019, Taft Family Ventures, a distinguished real estate investment and development firm based in Greenville, NC, joined with Belmont Sayre, a privately held real estate investment and development company based in Chapel Hill, NC, to transform the historic 800,000-square-foot textile mill that closed in 2015. While maintaining its vision to preserve the soul, spirit, and features of the historic mill, Judson Mill District utilizes a sustainable approach in revitalizing its 36-acre campus, which now fosters a vibrant and affordable community where people live, work, and play. For more information on Judson Mill District, visit https://judsonmilldistrict.com.
