Argentina Perez transitions to new role as Property Administrator at Colliers International

Colliers International | South Carolina announces that Argentina Perez has transitioned to a new role with the firm as a Property Administrator within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team.

As a Property Administrator, Perez is responsible for supporting the administrative responsibilities of the Property Manager and building engineering team in the daily operations and management of 1901 Main Street, one of Columbia’s preeminent office towers. She was previously a receptionist in Colliers’ main Columbia office.

Prior to joining Colliers, Perez worked in the accounting and banking industries and has over 10 years of experience in customer service.
