Atlantic Packaging honored with 2025 Workforce Vitality Award for excellence in employee health and well-being

Atlantic Packaging announced that it has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the Workforce Vitality Award presented during the SC Resilience Conference held in Greenville, SC, April 7-9.
The Workforce Vitality Award recognizes organizations that excel in fostering a culture of health and well-being among employees by encompassing initiatives that support physical, mental, and financial wellness while encouraging community service and volunteerism. The award highlights a holistic approach to workforce vitality, both within the organization and the broader community. Atlantic Packaging was selected as this year’s honoree by the SC Resilience Conference committee, which consists of leadership from the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor, South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, and the South Carolina Office of Resilience.

As part of its Healthy People, Healthy Planet initiative, Atlantic Packaging supports the wellbeing of its workforce through a comprehensive wellness program focused on nutrition, movement, purpose and connection. Led by Wellness Director Becca Schusler, MSED, CHES, the program offers ongoing wellness challenges, webinars, lunch-and-learns, onsite health and fitness centers, access to behavioral health specialists and health coaches, and discounted medical insurance premiums.
