Greene’s practice includes representing federal contractors subject to OFCCP and Affirmative Action Plan audits, workplace torts, employment discrimination, and FMLA, FLSA, and wage and hour issues. He also follows the latest Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) news in order to keep employers informed of the developing law. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
