Author and life coach Karin Freeland selected as 2024 Women of Influence

Author and life coach Karin Freeland has been named to GSA Business Report’s 2024 Women of Influence list.
Freeland is a certified Life Reinvention Coach focused on helping women transform their lives and achieve their dreams by using the lessons she learned in her 15 years in the corporate sector. Her experiences include being Chief of Staff to the President of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Head of Demand Generation & Field Marketing for North America at Centrica Business Solutions, and Vice President of Digital GTM and Learning at JS Group.
During her career she’s overseen the creation and launch of global brands, but always with a personal touch that she now brings to her consulting business located in the bustling Greenville, South Carolina.
A member of the John Maxwell Leadership team, Freeland helps high-achieving professionals, executives and business owners achieve the success they desire without sacrificing time with family and friends, their health or self-care. She is more than a business consultant. She is a coach who will help you understand that business leaders don’t have to sacrifice their lives in order to succeed.
Her latest book, Grab Life by the Dreams, launched last Fall, and pulls from Freeland’s thousands of hours of training and coaching sessions she has led that have helped professionals make the right choices to find better career fulfillment. In the community, she is a member of the Junior League of Greenville; volunteers at St. Mary Magdalene Church; and is a mentor at Florence Chapel Middle School.
