Avant expands investments in the heart of the Vista with 919 Washington Street acquisition

Avant recently purchased 919 Washington Street in the Vista for a long-term property holding. The office building comprises approximately 3,450 square feet and the property has nearly 50 coveted parking spaces. An international medical company has moved into the entire premises under a long-term lease. Thirty parking spaces are still available for lease. The property is strategically located in the epicenter of the explosive mixed-use development underway in the Vista. The Washington Street investment is complimentary to NAI Avant’s corporate headquarters acquisition of 807 Gervais Street (the DuPre building) several years ago.
