CHARLESTON, SC – Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Johnny Bevon, CCIM represented Jiffy-BOI, LLC dba Blane Cowart in the purchase of a 2,000 SF commercial retail building located at 1102 North Main Street in Summerville, South Carolina from Louis L. Huntley Enterprises, Inc. for $820,000. Jason Ryals of Colliers International represented the seller.
