Garrett, CCIM, SIOR represented The Foust Family Limited in the sale of 10,000 sf Industrial Space located at 2275 Technical Parkway in North Charleston, South Carolina, to 2275 Technical Parkway, LLC for $495,000.00 . John Beam of Colliers International of Charleston, LLC represented the Buyer.
