NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Todd Garrett, CCIM, SIOR and Miles Barkley represented Remount Airport Associates in the sale of a 26,144 SF office/warehouse building located at 2460-A Remount Road in North Charleston, South Carolina to Marabu North America, LP for $1,550,000. Michael White of Charleston Industrial represented the buyer.
