Avison Young commercial real estate announce that Gregg Legerton represented the tenant, Thermal Resource Sales Inc. in the lease of a 2,405 sf office space located at 2090 Executive Hall Drive in Charleston, South Carolina. Miles Martschink, CCIM of CTC Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
