Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Avery Bishop and Vitré Ravenel Stephens represented B & L Partners, LLC in the leasing of 1,200 sf Retail Space located at 1113 Johnnie Dodds Blvd in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, to E Cig Charleston. Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the Tenant.
