Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Gregg Legerton represented the seller, Tobias Medical Building, LLC, in the sale of a 17,690 sf medical office building located at 1481 Tobias Gadson Boulevard in West Ashley area of Charleston, South Carolina to ADDCO, LLC for $3.95 million. Mike Ferrer, CCIM of Rock Creek Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

Avison Young commercial real estate  announced that Todd P. Garrett represented Tamsberg & Tamsberg, LLC in the lease extension of a 8,000 sf industrial space located at 7327 Pepperdam in North Charleston, South Carolina, to OMM, LLC dba Servpro of Greater North Charleston.
