Avison Young Welcomes Jim Jordan

CHARLESTON, SC – Avison Young is pleased to welcome Jim Jordan as a Vice President in the Charleston office’s Investment and Capital Markets Group. Jim specializes in providing real estate expertise and solutions to individual and corporate clients in South Carolina, from market evaluation and product positioning through to negotiation and execution.

Prior to Avison Young, Jim worked for over 10 years in Deloitte and Accenture’s mergers and acquisitions practices, serving Fortune 500 clients with acquisition and divestiture opportunities.
