The addition expands the firm’s residential and commercial closing capacity across the Upstate.
Babb, Bixler & Dollar LLC has announced that Nicholas J. Brausch has joined the firm as an attorney, expanding the firm’s residential and commercial real estate practice as demand for closings continues to grow across the Upstate.
Brausch has focused his practice on real estate law since 2020 and brings depth on both sides of the closing table. On the residential side, he has guided first-time buyers, sellers and homeowners through purchase contracts, title review and refinances, keeping transactions on schedule and clients informed at every step. On the commercial side, he has represented investors and lenders in acquisitions and investment property transactions, including the title curative work that keeps complicated deals from stalling. He was recognized in Greenville Business Magazine’s 2024 Legal Elite.

Brausch is a 2019 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Tulane University. Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, he has family ties to South Carolina dating back to before the Revolutionary War and has practiced law in the state throughout his career.
